Spent all day yesterday in Yosemite, took a lot of pictures. I really like photography, so I decided I'll put some up here. Also will give you an idea of what Yosemite looks like if you've never been there, truly amazing place. Merced River upon entering Yosemite Another photo of Merced River and Cliffside View of the pine trees along the river Trees and purple flowers along trail One of the many smaller rivers that run through the hiking trails Close up of a waterfall One of the lesser known Yosemite waterfalls/cascades, we spent around an hour traversing through the heat and rocks to get a close up of this one. This is one of my favorite shots. This area of the forest is in restoration, with the help of the Native Indians. They are restoring the ferns and plants that got trampled, the area is off limits now. I don't see how it could get more green then this, though. Another photo of the restoration forest Was looking up as I was eating lunch, decided to snap this, turned out pretty good. This deer was standing pretty far out in chest-high grass, we drove by and I somehow saw her ear. We backed up and waited for her to come out, she came within 7 feet of me. Probably fed by people before, because she wasn't scared at all. It's too bad Another shot of the doe Trees just right of Yosemite Falls Buck, taken on the bike ride down from the lower Yosemite Falls The famous Yosemite Falls themselves, taken as the sun was going down. Hope you liked these, I will probably add more of different locations like Bryce Canyon, or the Grand Canyon. Keep in mind these are mind and solely mine. I will not allow distributing UNLESS permission is granted AND credit is given to me.
